The Pleasant Point Golf Club warmly welcomes you to celebrate 100 years of golf. We will be holding our Centenary celebrations 22 to 24 October 2021.

Golf has been played in the Pleasant Point District since before 1900. A rough course was established in the paddocks behind the Pleasant Point Hotel. Golf was also played on the property of Richard Pearse at Waitohi for invited guests.

On February 28 1921 the inaugural meeting of the Pleasant Point Golf Club was held. Golf was played on land at Keanes Road and Waitohi before finally shifting in 1924 to the Pleasant Point Domain.

This event is open to all present and past members of our club, including their partners.

  • Stableford Golf Day – 9 & 18 hole players
  • Centenary Dinner & Dance Speeches & Cake Cutting

Sunday 24 October

  • Morning Tea & BBQ Photos & Farewells
